Breeding Brilliance: Combining Biosecurity and Care for Superior Poultry Production.
Ensuring Excellence at Every Step.
At Mani Foods, we pride ourselves on offering premium quality nutrition for our poultry through meticulously formulated 100% vegetarian feed. Our feed blends are enriched with cereal grains, protein meals, fats, oils, and essential minerals, ensuring comprehensive nutrition that promotes robust muscle development and optimal growth.
Egg to Chick Process: Our breeder farms produce hatching eggs, which are then delivered to our hatchery. After a 21-day incubation period, the hatchery sends the baby chicks to our broiler houses, ensuring a seamless transition from egg to broiler production.

Health and Biosecurity
Strict biosecurity measures, such as controlled access, health screenings, and sanitation protocols are implemented.
Egg to Chick Process
Eggs are incubated, then hatched chicks are moved to brooding areas for warmth, food, and care to ensure healthy growth.
Comprehensive Monitoring and Care
We employ advanced monitoring systems and comprehensive care to ensure optimal health and growth of the birds.
Egg Production Phase
At 22 weeks, the hens enter the egg production phase, which lasts until they are around 64 weeks old. During this time, fertilized eggs are laid continually and collected using either manual or automated systems.
We prioritize the health of our birds with environment-controlled and semi-automated farms that are isolated from human habitation. Comprehensive health plans are implemented to prevent diseases. Our brooding, growing, and laying farms are strategically located to ensure biosecurity and adhere to an All-In and All-Out system.
By maintaining stringent health and biosecurity measures and leveraging advanced farming techniques, we ensure the highest quality and welfare standards for our birds throughout their lifecycle.
Breeding
High-quality broiler breeders (parent stock) are selected based on genetics to produce healthy, fast-growing chicks. it
Egg Collection
Fertilized eggs are collected several times a day to ensure they are clean and not exposed to extreme temperatures.
Incubation
Fats and oils in our feed deliver essential energy, vital for the daily activities and overall health of poultry. These nutrients support sustained growth and maintain overall well-being by providing the necessary caloric intake.
Hatching
After about 18 days in the incubator, eggs are moved to hatchers. Over the next 3 days, chicks begin to pip (break through the shell) and hatch. This typically occurs around day 21 of incubation.
Early Chick Care
Newly hatched chicks are checked for health and vigor. Chicks are transferred to a brooding area where they receive warmth, food, and water.
Brooding
The brooding area is maintained at a warm temperature to keep the chicks comfortable. High-quality feed and clean water are provided to ensure the chicks get the necessary nutrients for growth.
Grow-Out
After a few weeks, chicks are moved to larger grow-out houses where they continue to grow until they reach market weight. They receive regular monitoring, proper nutrition, and healthcare to ensure they grow healthy and strong.
